Danny George Wilson, corazón australiano, residente en Londres, leyó la novela de Roald Dahl Danny and the champions of the world y halló nombre para su banda rockera a la americana. El grupo emula el estilo New Jersey de Bruce y su E Street Band o de Southside Johnny And The Dukes, John Mellencamp, Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers, Steve Forbert o el elgendario Gary U.S. Bonds. Poco que ver con lo que George hizo en solitario o con su otro grupo, Grand Drive. Aprovechando si guira por España, le invitamos a tocar un par de temas en acústico en los estudios de la Casa de la Radio y charlamos con él.
